我地仲有私人咖啡班，係由Otis主理，有手沖咖啡和拉花班，關於咖啡理論同了解。

My Chenpi Story 源自家族三代對茶枝柑與陳皮的珍視。
外太公早於1914年來到加拿大, 打拼40年後, 回到家鄉新會，買下新會東甲地區的茶枝柑園，勤耕不輟，與陳皮結下深厚情緣。
老爺金石老師，自上世紀八十年代起潛心收藏及研究新會陳皮，對各大產區、年份、氣味、味道、功效與應用皆深入研究。他以文人之修養、儒者之眼光，細緻記錄每一片陳皮的風土與轉化，並創作出「陳皮花球」這一獨特藝術形式，為陳皮花球的始創者，結合手工與藥理，化保存為美學與傳承。
今日，我們延續這份對土地、時間與德行的敬意，秉持良知，嚴選正宗新會茶枝柑，專注於高年份珍藏級精品陳皮，以及高品質、自家研製的陳皮相關產品，
包括陳皮冰糖燉檸檬膏、陳皮茶飲、禮盒等，堅持天然無添加，手工精製。我們深信，真正的陳皮來自天地自然與人心純正。
My Chenpi Story 所傳遞的，不僅是味道與功效，更是一種修養、一份承諾——只以時間沉澱真味，以德行守護本質。
